How much is a ticket?

Our prices are $39 per person Monday to Thursday, and $49 per person Friday to Sunday for each experience.

Are there any age restrictions?

For guests under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must be physically present in the store during the session to sign a minor waiver form. We do not recommend this experience for pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions.

How long is the experience?

A VR session lasts for 45 minutes, including the safety brief and gear setup. The actual gameplay takes around 25 minutes, depending on how quickly you move through each level.

How many people can play at once?

HypergateVR offers a variety of experiences, each designed for a specific number of participants:

Patient Zero: Up to 5 participants.
The Lost City: Up to 5 participants.
Patient Zero: Up to 5 participants.
Temple of the Diamond Skull: Up to 5 participants.
Showdown (Player vs Player): Up to 6 participants.
Tikal: Up to 6 participants.
Urban Assault (Player vs Player) Up to 6 players.

For groups larger than 6, please refer to our Private Events page. We specialize in hosting various private events, including birthday and bachelorette parties, team-building events, and accommodate a variety of budgets and group sizes.

We recommend booking your experience online to secure your reservation. We do accept walk-ins based on availability.

Our primary offering is Hypergate VR for up to 6 participants. Additionally, we provide a variety of soft drinks and a comfortable lounge area.

What is free-roam full-body VR?

Free-roam full-body VR is currently the most advanced way to experience virtual worlds. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, players are fully immersed, and their movements are captured and transmitted to other participants in real-time.
Thanks to full-body technology, not only the player's head but also their hands and feet are tracked, providing the highest level of immersion.
In summary, a group of players can freely navigate the virtual world inside a physical 2500 square feet arena, enhanced through 4D effects and real-world objects that enhance the authenticity of the experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelation prior to 48 Hours of booking will receive a full refund. Cancelation prior to 24 hours of booking will receive a 50% refund. Cancelation under 24 hours will not receive refund. There is NO CHARGE if you wish to reschedule your experience.

How is the equipment sanitized?

All equipment is wiped down and sanitized after each participant's experience at HypergateVR. Disposable face coverings are available upon request, and hand sanitizers are conveniently located throughout the facility.
